Domium separates the public storefront from reserved operations. Agencies get a branded microsite and a public listing window; owners, tenants and providers each enter only the workspace that belongs to them. Contracts, payments, maintenance, documents and per-property accounting live in one place, on a single record per property that everyone works from.

Systems built for companies
Since 2014 we have built systems from scratch for companies in Argentina, from a precast concrete plant to a law firm. Some have been in use for years. Here is what they do, and what our clients say about them.
Construction
Quoting and sales for precast concrete
An internal system for a precast concrete manufacturer. It prices each project from its structural elements and follows it through the whole sale, until the deal is won or lost. Developed by us since 2019.
- Steel, concrete and labour take-off per element: beams, panels, hollow-core slabs, columns
- Costs tied to price indices and the official dollar rate, updated automatically
- Projects by status, with reminders to follow up with the client
- Joist module: orders, production, stock and delivery notes
Jeremias quickly understood how we work and turned it into a quoting and project tracking system built for us. He was always easy to work with: turnaround was fast and his availability was easy to coordinate. He worked professionally and adapted well to the different parts of the system we built together.
Law
Court settlement calculations
An internal system for a law firm that calculates the interest on each case file.
- BCRA rates, Córdoba CPI and JUS updated automatically
- Results checked against the official court spreadsheets
- Word filing generated from each calculation
We are starting to use it at the firm for settlements. Until now we calculated the interest on each case file in hand-built spreadsheets; the system picks up the official rates and indices on its own and leaves the filing ready to submit.
Education
Academic management and enrolment
Between 2017 and 2019 we developed an academic management system for a technical training institute, with separate access for students, teachers and administration. These are the modules we built:
- Online enrolment in subjects and exams, checking prerequisites automatically
- Teachers enter grades and close each assessment
- Exam periods and sittings, with the official exam records
- Study plans, cohorts and scholarships
Jeremias took the time to understand how an institute works: prerequisites, exam sittings, exam records. He turned that into a system designed for students, teachers and administration, and patiently explained every step to us.
IT consulting
Consulting and development for Greccom
Professional consulting and systems development services for Greccom – Informática y Comunicaciones, on the projects they delivered for their clients. The reporting and query systems were built on MicroStrategy.

An internal system for an occupational health and safety consultancy. It organises the work at each client company, from the site visit to the invoice.

About Arsysco
Started in Córdoba, engineering ever since
Arsysco began in 2014 in Córdoba, Argentina, building web applications for local businesses that needed software fitted to their reality and their budget. Those first clients taught us to understand the problem before writing code, and to leave behind something they could maintain without us.
Jeremias, the founder, has also spent years as an engineer in teams in Argentina and the Netherlands. That experience shows in how we build: tested, documented and designed to be maintained.
The studio is deliberately small and works without intermediaries. We take on a few projects at a time, so we can keep what we promise.
